Joyshine Optoelectronics was established in 2009 with a registered capital of $244,000 and a total of 500 to 800 experienced staff strictly recruited from the LED field with a monthly output of 100,000 pieces.
Our production line includes LED encapsulations, tubes, down lights, bulbs, spotlights, track lights, panel lights and ceiling lights. Our six professional engineers can launch over 20 new lights with a time to market within one month. We have our own R&D team, composed of 20 staff with an average of 10 years' experience, which can develop 1 to 3 products each month. Customized samples only take 3 to 6 days to finish as well. Our production and QC covers three factories located in Shenzhen, Donguang and Hunan with a total area of 150,000 square meters.
We introduce advanced automatic SMT machines and soldering machines from Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and mainland China, to largely speed our production capability. The quality of our lights is strictly controlled under ISO 9001:2010 guidelines so that all of them can meet CE, RoHS and FCC requirements.
